Return & Cancellation Policy
Shipping & Delivery Timeframe Please note that orders require 3–5 days of processing before being shipped. Once shipped, delivery may take an additional 8–16 days, for a total estimated delivery time of 11–21 days from the date of purchase. We sincerely apologize for any delays and appreciate your patience.
Cancellation Window You have 24 hours from the time your order is placed to request a cancellation — before your order is settled and processed for shipment. To cancel, please contact us immediately and we will take care of it right away.
Once your order has been settled and moved into processing or shipping, we are unable to cancel or modify it mid-transit.
Returns If your order has already been delivered and you wish to cancel or return it, you may do so by using the return shipping label sent to you via email. Please return the item in its original condition. Once we receive the item back at our facility, your refund will be processed promptly.
Return Windows:
- Drop Culture Website orders: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- TikTok Shop orders: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Please Note:
- Cancellations after the 24-hour window will not be accepted until the item has been delivered and returned to us.
- Return shipping labels will be provided via email upon request.
